After 160 minutes of flight, with its safe landing, the forest Floating aerial platform successfully completed the 100km flight verification and passed the preliminary acceptance, indicating that the system has "actual combat capability".

Leaders of forest Fire Department of emergency Management Department, Inner Mongolia Forest Fire Brigade and Heilongjiang Forest Fire Brigade as well as the acceptance expert group watched the flight demonstration on site, and highly evaluated the stability and superior flight performance of the AR500 platform.
 


 

During the demonstration flight, the AR500 uav flew 220 km continuously for 160 minutes, flew at an altitude of 2,950 m, and was up to 101 km from the control vehicle, demonstrating its superior flight performance. During the flight, the aircraft used photoelectric reconnaissance equipment, ultrashort wave voice repeater and broadband AD hoc network equipment to build a temporary base station in the air, which verified the system's large-scale fire reconnaissance, voice, audio and video back transmission and other tasks.
